REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final on non-defective merchandise. Reign Christmas Lights is a wholesale supplier — we do not accept returns on products that have been received in good condition.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@reignchristmaslights.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will replace the defective item or issue a credit at our discretion.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us before sending any items back.
